Joining Ryzing Fitness has been a life changing decision for me. As someone who had been an athlete in high school, and some in college, as well as being the daughter of an Athletic Director and a Baseball Head Coach, being fit has always been a part of who I am. But when surgery to repair a knee injury from college pushed me to find a gym to help me rehab and get back to the basics, Ryzing Fitness provided the motivation I needed.
I started at Ryzing Fitness just a few months after Ryan did, and he has been my trainer ever since. Everything about this gym feels like home: They are supportive, motivational, realistic in setting expectations, and will help you find the fitness journey that is right for you. The team meets you where you are at in your life, not just your fitness journey, so you can find a workout plan that works for your needs, who you are, and what you want to accomplish. If you want to build muscle, they can do that.
If you want to rehab an injury, the team can help. Here they understand balance: working hard at the gym also means you can enjoy ice cream once in a while, lift your daughter or that new grandson without pain or injury, or get back to playing the sports you love. For me, Ryzing Fitness is the fountain of youth–because I feel like I stopped aging when I joined, and I feel better, and stronger, than I have in years. I have been here for eight years and have no intention of leaving.
Ryzing Fitness is like a really fun family. We are supportive, competitive, but most of all, want to see you be the best version of you. And there might even be some fun shenanigans along your journey.
